Online Registration :
If you pre-registered for IBTE 2015, you should have received your registration confirmation email when you registered. Bring it to ‘Online Registration’ desk and collect your name badge and complimentary show directory

Spot Registration :
Collect and fill up the ‘visitor registration form’ and submit at Visitor registration counter. You are encouraged to attach your business card to the form. Registration hours are:

Thursday, 2nd July 2015                                           09.00 am – 6:00 pm
Friday, 3rd July 2015                                                 09:00 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday, 4th July 2014                                             09.00 am – 5:00 pm

Problem with online registration System :
Go to online visitors counter and provide your business card and your last name. The staff will provide you a copy of show directory and your name badge. The badge is valid for all show days.

Exhibitor Details :
The list of exhibitors, product details, floor plan of exhibition, conference/seminar program and other show information is published in show directory. The visitors can purchase the directory and pre-registered/online registered visitors can collect their free copy from ‘Online Registration’ desk while collecting their badge(s).

Parking :
There is huge space for car parking within Chennai Trade Centre for both Exhibitors and Visitors

International Airport :
Chennai International Airport (airport code MAA) is located in Tirusulam, India, about 12 kilometers southwest of Chennai, India's 4th largest city. It is the 3rd busiest airport in India handling some 10.5 million passengers. Chennai has two passenger terminals, Kamaraj Terminal for domestic travelers and Anna Terminal for international travelers. A third terminal handles cargo. A new domestic terminal is being built next to the existing one while Anna Terminal is undergoing expansion. Sometimes still referred by its former name, Madras Airport, Chennai is served by five domestic and 26 international air carriers. Suburban Rail Service provides transport into the city and is connected by underground passage to the airport.

Getting to Chennai Trade Centre
From Airport

Prepaid taxi services are available at the airport which will cost you apprx. INR350 – 450 and the travelling time would be about 20 -35 minutes depending upon the traffic.
Local taxis and three wheelers coloured in yellow just outside the airport which will cost about apprx INR. 150 – 200 and apprx. INR 100 – 150 respectively.

Internet/Wi-Fi service
The internet/Wi-Fi service is available during show days on a chargeable basis. International visitors are provided internet access complimentary.
